Detect .EightShapes Specs named text styles hidden from publishing #181

Problem

Text styles can't be hidden from publishing by default. Therefore, users resort to prepending . to EightShapes Specs to prevent publishing. However, such renamed styles are not detected by the plugin.

Solution

Also look for .EightShapes Specs as named styles in the local file.
