[Suggestion] Tick accelerator #96

Hello, I have been enjoying the new features added to the mod.

I would like to suggest adding a tick accelerator since I know there are lots of tick accelerators which are having trouble tick accelerating even small multi-block structures and thus, the player needs to wait sometimes for a long time till the operation is complete.

For balance reasons, I think having an end-game high-cost recipe would be appropriate since having it rely on power cost is quite futile since trhe player could tick accelerate his energy generation as well and maybe the bigger the area that is being tick accelerated the lower the maximum speed multiplayer the machine would provide.
