Describe the issue

cannot bind laser nodes through non-full bounding boxes

Steps to reproduce

I surrounded a LaserIO node on all but one side for a 4x AE2 certus charging system. Without removing one of the chargers or looking at the node from underneath, it cannot be bound to other nodes in either direction. However, once bound, the setup does work as intended. Expected behaviour

If I can see the node (or connector) I should be able to bind it to other nodes.

I think I know the cause of this, and will attempt a fix in 1.21 :)
