Character experiencing/reporting issue: Acorn

Description of issue: Gravity does nothing, just used it on a crawler, while having another crawler linked, and they both ran the same speed

CypherWulf: There's a movement speed bug listed on the Topaz Git, but I'm not entirely sure it's the same issue.

If you have a bit and want to investigate it more, try the same experiment on several other mob families. Especially a mob weak to wind elemental magic

Askren: Maybe try it with elemental seal too

Acorn:

Tried on 2x of each: Goblin,Mandy,Rarab,Raven in Bubu, did nothing on all. as well as elemental seal didnt do anything
