Test Node-RED 2.0 #106

Node-RED 2.0 is out. It drops support for Nodejs 10. We should test with Node-RED 2.0 - while still keep it compatible to 1.x.

Update to 2.0 seems to work when it comes to our nodes - at least the ones I use.

I had a bit of trouble with the compose file from the documentation. Somehow the host network mode does not work. So I used mosquitto as a hostname and not localhost, but this needs to be updated in the documentation and makes things for beginners less transparent. So I will leave this open for now until I Decided what to document.
