Add support for the IKEA E2001 remote as ikea-remote-v2 #123

Please consider this PR to include support for the E2001/E2002 IKEA Styrbar devices as ikea-remote-v2.

The only button action not implemented is brightness_stop as I had a hard time mapping it towards both brightness_up and brightness_down.

Thanks for your PR. I will have a look. I bought this device a view days ago and also wanted to include it. I try to test it tomorrow but I have to upgrade my system first, in order to test it.

Code looks good. I only want to have a look if I can get it to work in the other ikea-remote node

Mind if I have a go at this? We have bought a bunch of these and are eager to integrate them in our household automation suite 👍🏻

Yeah you can try if you want. Sorry i did not have time as planned :) I'm back home tomorrow and can not start earlier than friday on this. I'm more than happy when you try it in the meantime. Thanks a lot for your help
