Fixed OTA node #40

TypeError: bridgeNode.registerOtaNode is not a function

There got some code lost while i moved the mqtt stuff into its own node. I added the missing code again and i'm updating overnight.

it is not completely fixed. i will run a diff again and have a look what's missing

Should be fixed. OTA is running right now. If I can't see any errors during this update, it will be merged and released
