Similar to the Beta update, I have adjusted the colours and sizes for the empty list issue to be visible and more legible. Also fixes #430. Changed format styles to accommodate the new fonts appropriately.

Why does this PR and PR #429 make the same modification to musicplayerpanel.layout?

@damianb Because PR #430 is for Master Branch and PR #429 is for Steam Client Beta Branch.

EDIT: Although identical, Steam Beta has a slight difference in terms of options which is why I decided to make two separate PR to accommodate these differences.

Also, let me know if all these commit updates to the patch is spamming the mail system. I can't tell.
