bungee and velocity can join DMV servers, but it's only R 1.8-1.17

we need proxy servers that support b1.7.3 to 1.17

Would be amazing! Since it would be a fork of BungeeCord and Velocity, it should naturally have all the configurations and plugins from their ecosystem. Not sure if it will come out any soon, but hopefully it does!
