"Make Historic" option. #1

A checkbox to lock the building in as historic and not allow the building to change to another growable, or be destroyed (even if abandoned) would be awesome.

Hi! Many users said the mod is like the "make historical" feature from SimCity4, so I think it does exactly that what you want? Except that the building could be abandoned.
