increase version number to 0.2.0 #24

with my other pull request, one should increase the version number. As homebrdige requires nodejs "node": ">=4.3.2" I configured the same here. Ilso required the current homebridge and request version.

Thanks! Just looking that there's no activity on this repo since 2016. What about using another repo as the "official" one and release a new package?
