Unable to delete detected vesicles

I am having issues deleting false positives from the vesicle detection. When attempting to delete selected vesicles using Select and Delete, the index number changes from yellow to blue, but it does not change to pink when I left click on the number.

@ajschmeltzer Could you share more information on your workflow? i.e., what functions do you use before using and how do you trigger this mode (via the menu or using the keyboard shortcut).

Is there a solution yet? I have the same issues. AttributeError: 'ArtistList' object has no attribute 'remove'. Vesicles are detected with the Hough transform but I cant remove the detection results. The error is in the ui_canvas .py file in line 128. It might be that I am using a wrong workflow to remove patches. (I couldnt identify the proper handling tho)

I am not on the team that made this software, but I do notice some helpful instructions in the file quick_user_guide.pdf.

The correct workflow to remove vesicles is, with the Vesicle Detection menu open, left click to label the vesicle for deletion (it will turn reddish-pink) then right click to confirm deletion.
