Add "EnableRecycleFiles" #245

Option to delete files, without moving files to recycle bin.

Since I'm glad about the existence of this project, I feel like to contribute! :) I'm hoping everything is okay with this pull request.

A little addition: if anyone wants that functionality but to keep the default in general cases then you can explicitly delete files without moving to recycle bin by clicking Shift+Del
