Windows Spotlight stopped working #292

Applied your latest script, with settings below, Spotlight stopped working, does not refresh image on lockscreen anymore. I can't figure out which of these settings might have affected it. Any input will be much appreciated.

Ok, found the issue DisableBackgroundApps disables ContentDeliveryManager that downloads photos.
