What should be field data?

I think disaster submission form shouldn't be too long, neither should we limit the info user could provide. How about a simple :

Disaster name in text field
Disaster severity in drop-down (critical, high, moderate, minor)
Location

Then , option for providing detailed info like:

Estimated casualties
Option to upload photos (maybe for authenticity)
Pinpoint to exact location in map
Relief requirements (checkbox to check which materials need to be brought as relief)

Great idea! Users will mostly hit critical for 'Disaster severity' ;). We can ask for disaster type drop-down and determine severity looking at estimated casualties programmatically. Will work for modifications soon.
