Change Magic Link Submission to Smart Link Submission in alignment with magic-link-templates.php magic-link-user-app.php magic-link-user-posts-base.php

@bert958 thanks so much for the PR. We'd like to get the term "Magic Link", so to keep customizability we're going to go with this strategy instead: https://github.com/DiscipleTools/disciple-tools-bulk-magic-link-sender/issues/123
