The link on each D.T contact record navigating to the conversation in the FB page’s messages inbox only works on Desktop browsers. As a lot of digital responders primarily use their phones having an easy way to go from a D.T contact to a FB conversation is important for adoption of D.Tools. With Facebook Business Suite enabled, it takes you to the FB messaging inbox but not the actual conversation.
