Respect preferences for show or hide tile #568

In the tiles section of wp admin I have moved some fields but this has left some tiles empty. I don't want those tiles to appear as tabs in the app.

This is fixed (so thanks) but if the user is logged into the app and a tile is adjusted, then the live state of whether to hide or show the tile is not updated until the user signs out and back in again.
