Prayer Times sign up upgrades

Goals:

• Highlight both filled AND empty time slots
• Simplify interface

Changes:

• remove scrollbar
• remove percentage circle
• add covered by person icon
• remove color from covered times slots to not raise them in importance
• clicking on a selected time slot with remove that prayer time
• clicking on a time slot with change the time into a person icon or update the counter
