Is a new sub-district since Jan 2017 (according to Wikipedia). Lalmai is part of the Comilla district and is not included in the GADM data: https://gadm.org/maps/BGD/chittagong/comilla_3.html

Before correction will be made, I added Lalmai as a sub-location of the Comilla district.
