fpocket is a very fast open source protein pocket detection algorithm based on Voronoi tessellation. The platform is suited for the scientific community willing to develop new scoring functions and extract pocket descriptors on a large scale level. fpocket is distributed as free open source software. If you are interested in integrating fpocket in an industrial setting and require official support, please contact Discngine (www.discngine.com).

Fpocket doesn't identify pockets of the desired holo protein structures #67
I am performing study where I am trying to grep the properties of the protein pockets.
My inputs are holo structures and I am using fpocket to identified properties of the desired pocket. However, fpocket fails to identify exact pockets that are deeper burried. Examples are (PDBID : 5U86, 5DRP, 4WT2, 4OCC)..and the list goes on. May I ask you whether there is a way to include some changes in the parametarization so to get these pockets identified as well?
