Separating the code into the 3 folders: Objects, Screens, Widgets

The code has been organized into lib/objects/, lib/pages/, and lib/widgets/ folders. A few further cleanup steps should be taken:

[ ] Remove the lib/notNeeded/ and water_quality_app/ folders
[ ] Remove any unused Firebase files; this may include .firebaserc, firebase.json, firestore.indexes.json, and firestore.rules
[ ] Remove the functions/ folder (unless we are using Firebase cloud functions)
[ ] Remove unused assets from the assets/ folder
