Add Water Source Type #35

Make the user select what type of source they are testing.

An extension of this would be to add a disclaimer if the user selects a water type (eg pond water, surface water, non-drinking water) that the app will tell them that it's only testing if the water is safe to drink. There are different standards for swimming water etc.

User should also input a description of water (eg. water from tap in the basement)
