Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The user must navigate through several screens to get to the home screen with the nav bar, EPA standards, and map.

Describe the solution you'd like Restructure the app to have the home screen at the root and everything centrally accessible.

I am primarily focusing on changing the navigation of the app by removing the first entry screen and making the navigation bar always accessible.
