1) The Logo is rather strange, being surrounded up to the edge by purple. Try surrounding it in a large white bar.
2) The nav bar items all look the same. Try distringuishing email, logout from the naviogation/info pages.
3) Change the look of the Nav Bar pages text, it does not look very good.
