Address issue #47

Autogenerated adults/children now have the default date of birth
Autogenerated children should allow for future inclusion into the database.

I am still getting some errors when I try to post new clients to the DB. I think that the DB is still requiring an age component even though the form no longer has it.

I created a Migration for the Dataset, which I may have forgotten after removing the age field. I was able to submit an intake form, so it should be working now.
