Reorganized UI (the top half anyway)

• The first few items actually fill up the screen instead of creating unnecessary rows
• Adults generate in a column-like pattern
• There is no "default" adult, they are all autogenerated by the function that added additional ones before

The Initial Process Form is not currently allowing submissions, but that was a pre-existing bug for me already.
