Some quest chapters needs adjustment #22

Some quest chapters "forces" quest progression through machines one might not choose. Most notably IC2 and Mekanism.

Frikkle is doing a lot of questbook reworking

do you mean stuff like being required to make multiple electric furnaces from different mods? Personally I don't see it as much of an issue. (unless i'm misinterpreting)
