Localize commands #154

Looking for translations into other languages, some basic locale files are available in the locales/ dir

So, i looked into the locale files, and, as a brazillian, i got really interested in improving the portuguese one.

I could contribute with this issue - or maybe i could be assigned to an separate one (it would be something like "Improving Portuguese localization").

Anyway, the project and the concept of the bot are really interesting! Hope i can contribute to make it even better!
