Fix token login & add nitroperks plugin to the Discord Nitro hack #32

The token login is broken so i fixed it (bc of the new login screen) and too u should add the nitroperks plugin at the discord nitro hack.

well nitroperks is kinda broken (not sure if it even works at all) and doesn't add much so I don't think that would be too useful. For the custom login thing there already are two PR's #28 and #31, so maybe contribute there if you have something to add.
