[feature] timeout member #118

currently there is no way to timeout members could that be added?

Thanks for the request, I do remember seeing this internally capable in DiscordPHP so should be relatively easy to add.

Hopefully be in the next Minor version (+ network bump) however I’m now super busy with exams and Christmas so please don’t expect progress prior to January.
