/setclock not respected in alert messages #28

Describe the bug The switch /setclock is not respected in discordgsm alert messages.

To Reproduce

  1. Execute /setclock 24-Hours
  2. Server messages show correct time format (24h)
  3. Bug: Alert messages show wrong time format (12h)

Expected behavior Alert messages should respect time format setting.
