Add support for RedM - Red Dead Redemption Multiplayer

The redm.py is the same as the fivem.py. You just need to set the query type as fivem for redm server. You removed the gportal in __init__.py. Please make sure your repo is up to date before the pull request.

You just need to edit the games.csv in this case, I will add by myself this time, thanks.
