Server Status is broken since 2.16.0 (Offline Server not recognized) #74

Describe the bug Server Status is broken since 2.16.0. It won't see that the server is offline. This is for Public Bot and also Windows Bot. I guess maybe for all.

Expected behavior Server should show offline in discord when turning it off.

I already tested some things to show you the issue. Hope that is okay. If i can help just let me know.

Thanks for solving in 2.16.1 testing was successfull
