The currently selected channel should show as selected like how it is in the web app #63

And focusing the text input box by clicking on it should keep the channel showing as selected.

I believe I've implemented it in commit https://github.com/DiscordMessenger/dm/commit/7580c6e05ebd15902594988d572b4dbf32c653ee.
