Suggestions for grouping fixed embedded messages and placeholder sync roles

Why?

1. Fixed embedded messages Allow users to customize an embedded message, which can be created a leaderboards or server status...etc. The entire embedded message can be customized like Alerts feature, I think this will be a high-quality feature worth recommending

2. Placeholder synchronization role Allow users to make something about grades, medals, titles, etc. I think this has unlimited creative possibilities. It is also recommended to add this feature
