Is there a specific use case you have in mind for a feature like this? Personally, I wouldn't want my staff to miss out on important messages in staff chat.
It would be useful if a staff is screensharing or streaming and they don't want to show the staffchat.
Came here to ask the same, perfect! (Having "/togglestaffchat" would compliment other chat plugin commands like "/togglechat" from chatmanager, so people would not have to be "forced" to view the staffchat messages. (they can read back message history in discord if its important)
What im looking for in the toggable feature is that you won't see the chat if you have it toggled off. We use this plugin for something non-staff related, but either way we think that you should be able to toggle on/off the messages even if you have access to the staff chat. It clutters your chat if its talked inside a lot.
Added /leavestaffchat
in 1.4.0.
I have a suggestion to add a command to toggle staff chat from showing up. Maybe somthing like
/togglestaffchat
.
