In 2012 I was working for a municipality and I asked to code an app that could first show OpenStreetMap, let select an object then the picture could be taken and pushed to Flickr. Here is the link https://github.com/NaturalSolutions/ImageInOsm

What was really good for me is that Flickr is very easy to move pictures in a folder, add tags, change the name...

Thanks for the hint. I guess that a 10 year old project is not suitable to fork and adjust, but I'll take it as a source of inspiration.
