Unclicking a checkbox in discourse part tree does not always remove data from data table #11

It could be something is unexpected about the database itself causing this -- in which case we need a test for that (in discoursedb/discoursedb-core)

I think this is related to #9; an item is appearing twice in the tree, and so clicking it in one place while it exists elsewhere is triggering weird behavior.
