CSV importer needs discourse_part_type field #16

All discourse parts are imported as a FOLDER. Add a field to override this (also for contributions). It would have to also be /-separated, e.g.

forum,discourse_part_types cs212/assignments/assign1chat,FORUM/SUBFORUM/CHAT

In some cases the types are hardcoded constants rather than strings. It would probably be easier to make them all strings.
