The deployment chapter has users deploy to meteor.com.
NOTE: Hosting on subdomains of meteor.com is no longer supported! Did you mean to deploy to a subdomain of meteorapp.com?
I also needed to create a separate galaxy account and login for the first time before deploying the app.
