Things to work on:

  1. Add time component to clustering graphs
  2. work on understanding the clustering methods
  3. Out all arrays together on test set and examine time components within the clusters
  4. clean up notebook
  5. Look at nuclei segmentation: https://github.com/DiscoveryDNA/reading_czi_stack_videos_GH/blob/master/notebooks/3_nuclei_vis_function.ipynb. To see if we could overlay the information.
