Applied the requested changes.
Also reworked damage done to also remember 'last undock' damage states. In case of someone dying and undocking, it will still remember their damage contribution as long as they don't damage the same player again.
-Player deaths are now system wide, not universe wide -player deaths now print top damage contributor I stead of last hitter. -player death blues print universe wide to grouped players, all players who damaged them, and all players grouped with those players -only hull damage is counted. -damage taken and dealt counters reset on disconnect, player launch and character switch.
