1: why is 'Colorectal Cancer' (DOID:9256) NOT a child (or grandchild..) of 'digestive system cancer' (DOID:8377)?

2: Why are the different stages of 'Colorectal Cancer' (stages I through IV) NOT even linked to 'Colorectal Cancer' directly at all?

  1. colorectal cancer (DOID:9256) is a child of large intestine cancer (DOID:5672)
  2. DO is not capturing cancer disease progression- stages.
