Implement OMIM-to-MIM prefix change requested by OMIM #1334

Closes #1301

The following changes are implemented:

Changes of OMIM prefixes in the xrefs and mappings in doid-edit.owl and OMIMinDO SPARQL DOreport query from OMIM: to MIM:.
Changes of OMIM susceptibility IRIs in omim_susc_import.owl from http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OMIM_000000 to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MIM_000000 and the prefixes for IDs from OMIM: to MIM:.
Adds a new "verify" SPARQL query to ensure editors don't accidentally use the OMIM prefix.
