Need to update OMIM susceptibilities import #1349

While migrating prefixes from OMIM to MIM, a few unlinked or mislinked OMIM susceptibilities were identified. The issues are visible in the DO OMIM susceptibilities google sheet. These need to be updated.

It would be good to automate this, if possible.
