Ignore all .Rproj files in .gitignore #15

Accomodate different local names and settings for the project file by ignoring all .Rproj files.

Currently, just bitstomach.Rproj is ignored. Cloning the repo and opening as a project in Rstudio currently will result in a bit-stomach.Rproj file being created, and this will not be ignored by git.
