Split run_config into constituent parts #31

The usefulness of the run config list is at an end. Make explicit what parameters are required and how they are related by making the coupling explicit. Especially for digestion().

Config has been removed. Config builder removed in a3e7f67dac01b09b8e386ba9572ad18fa21c34d0
