Vignettes - Pipeline Content Additions

Patch contains pipeline content for all vignettes.

Esteemer todo

- Persona message preference callout to real preference data unfinished, need finalized pref data to fix. - Need to determine length of time required for repeat messages to be allowed (history), write that into the vignettes. HTML not in the current markdown, just search `Todo`

Pictoralist todo

- Need a content review from software dev team for correctness. - Not in love with content here, big blocks of text are my kryptonite. Need ideas on what else to include though or how better to convey what pictoralist is doing.

Need to establish which messages are ACTUALLY going to be considered as candidates by pipeline for causal pathways that contain three message templates (eg social gain)

• Writing vignette assuming that the "more important" messages will be pulled in (aka the correct template plus whatever is more relevant, 75 vs peer avg vs 90th percentile)

Reviewed content with Zach, made updates to reflect what we want the vignettes to say about the operation of ThinkPudding and Esteemer.

Committed changes from Zach's feedback across the board, will close the pull request and merge now, just to keep the branch from further divergence.

Have more changes to make as development goes forward;

• changes to moderators as esteemer develops
• changes to esteemer documentation as pipeline builds out
• changes to preferences as work goes on

I think these changes should go forward in other branches :)
