revise all vignettes to say "message recency" or an equivalent term that's a characteristic of the message, instead of a characteristic of the feedback recipient

decide on what we will get from the history data

• Proposal: Define message recency as the number of months since the message was delivered, as indicated by the template Short ID

Eden has replaced habituation with message recency and delivery count for all vignettes. Regulatory fit is still listed as a vignette moderator.
